Our Mission Statement

Mountain & Marsh has as its goal to offer the most exceptional retreats for its guests to be found anywhere in the region. To accomplish this goal there are three requirements we will deliver on:

First, we will offer unique dwellings on our properties that are sparkling clean and meticulously maintained, both inside and out, along with all the accoutrements necessary to make our guests’ stay luxuriously enjoyable.

Second, we strive to offer on-site activities that will encourage our guests to enjoy our properties fostering lasting memories. We will also provide curated information about offsite experiences to enhance their stay.

Third, we will always find every opportunity possible, before arrival, during our guests stay, and after they leave, to personalize their experience, by personally communicating and supporting them in every way appropriate and practical.

We recognize as the world goes to a more automated and impersonal experience with virtually everything the consumer encounters, we want to be just the opposite.

We don’t just want our guests to be overwhelmed with our dwellings and the experiences we offer, but to we want to leave a lasting impression based on how our staff treats our guests.
